Trained from birth in swordplay and combat, a young knight named Siris has fought through an army of Titans to face the tyrannical God King in one-on-one combat.  This was his family’s sacred mission, going back countless generations in an effort to free their people from enslavement.  But when Siris succeeds, he finds himself cast into a much larger world, filled with warriors and thieves, ancient feuds and shifting alliances, Deathless immortals and would-be kings.  His quest for freedom will take him on an epic journey in search of the one being in the world who can unravel the secrets of the Infinity Blade.

Really starts the series off and shows what happens after the first game and shows how good at swordsman ship he really is.

  • Great!

I first put in 4 stars and started review like that: I should have put in 5 stars. It’s just a stupid prejudice of mine that game novelizations cannot have 5 stars because of Shakespeare, Tolstoy and guys like that. Then, one would loose quiet some context if one did not play the games. However! As well as game fiction can go - this one is just great! Without this book, these games do lack in depth, detail and that something that keeps your mind scrutinizing and contemplating on details, twists and turns, heroes, their motivation and so on. Suddenly, the story of Ausar became as epic, touching and intriguing as my favorites do! Suddenly I understood that I am a fan of Infinity Blade as a universe. I even ordered some t-shirts online... I also would like to thank author and everybody involved for not diving into childishness nor overexplanatory stupidity, keeping the perfect balance between what’s told and what must be itching in reader’s mind. In our day and age doing game-related book smart and keeping it ‘literature’ is a noble effort! So, while I was writing this review, I constantly thought on how I will start the next book almost immediately... So he’ll with it. 5 stars hands down!

This book was amazing. It really explains what happened between Infinity Blade one and Infinity Blade two. Also I love the ending of the book a lot better than the beginning of the second game it just has more.

A captivating story with delightful twists and turns; not your average hack-n-slash, save-the-world plot. The characters feel real and are easy to relate to. I can't wait to read book two. Please write more.

Nice game, fun and face paced. I already bought the other two games in the series.
